LOCAL DELIVERY
We are currently offering local delivery in parts of southern Nassau County, NY. Please enter address at checkout to see if Local Delivery is an option for your order.
Your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email delivery confirmation once your order has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery will be received quickly as we cannot take responsibility for the nail polish when exposed to extreme temperatures for an extended period. Please note that we do not take responsibility for missing or damaged packages once they have been delivered.
SHIPPING
All orders over $40 ship FREE.
Currently, our website only accommodates shipments within the continental United States: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin islands. Orders are generally packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation to the email address linked to your account. We ship via ground transportation only to comply with nail polish shipping restrictions. We kindly ask that you anticipate up to 7 business days for shipping and we cannot guarantee any delivery dates due to unforeseen UPS/USPS delays.
RETURNS
We hope that you love your Flora 1761 products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of product receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment method only. Return and exchange shipping cost will be deducted from final customer refund. Customers who would like to return or exchange a product must email info@flora1761.com to have a Return Authorization Number issued before returning any merchandise by mail. Returns will only be accepted with Return Authorization Number and Flora-issued return shipping label.
Unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at info@flora1761.com.
Flora 1761 is dedicated to providing all of our customers with an excellent shopping experience. We make every effort to accommodate returns, but when any customers abuse this with excessive return patterns, we reserve the right to limit future purchases, returns and/or exchanges as we deem fit.
